Application Form and Procedure

Join the Central Harlem CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and enjoy weekly deliveries of organic produce from June through December.

We accept new members on a first-come first served basis, by mail. Download the membership agreement (.pdf), print it, read it, fill it out, and send it in. There are a limited number of spots, so we encourage you to mail in your form and check ASAP.
